01Xeno Not AttachingMEDIUM▲

Try each step in order:

  1. Restart Xeno — close and reopen, or go to Settings > Restart.
  2. Close both Roblox and Xeno. Reopen Roblox first, then Xeno.
  3. Try attaching on the Roblox homepage. If it fails, try while in a game.
  4. Reinstall Roblox. Use the browser version only — not the Microsoft Store version.
  5. Reinstall Xeno to the latest version and re-extract the zip file.
02Crashing on InjectCRITICAL▲
  1. Reinstall Xeno to the latest version.
  2. Make sure Roblox is the browser version, not the Microsoft Store version.
  3. Restart Xeno and try attaching again.
  4. Ensure all dependencies are installed correctly.
03Script Not ExecutingMEDIUM▲

First, test with the Infinite Yield Script.

  • If Infinite Yield loads — the problem is with the user's script, not Xeno.
  • If Infinite Yield also fails — Xeno has an issue. Direct the user to other fix articles or open a support ticket.
04Version Mismatch ErrorCOMMON▲
  1. Do a clean reinstall of Roblox.
  2. If the error still appears, ignore it and use Xeno normally — it still works in most cases.
05JSON ErrorCOMMON▲
  1. Reinstall Xeno completely.
  2. If the error persists, press OK or close the window and use Xeno normally.
06SSL Connection ErrorMEDIUM▲
  1. Install dependencies from the known issues channel in Discord: Open channel
  2. Reopen Xeno.
  3. If still showing, reinstall Xeno.
  4. Still appearing? Press OK and use Xeno normally.
07Null ErrorCRITICAL▲
  1. Close Xeno completely.
  2. Delete the Xeno folder and clear the recycle bin.
  3. Press Win + R, type %localappdata%, press Enter.
  4. Find any folder named Xeno-vX.X.XX and delete it.
  5. Do the same in %appdata%.
  6. Reinstall Xeno fresh from the website.
08Xeno Displaying Random / Broken TextCOMMON▲

The UI is corrupted. Reinstall Xeno — this resolves it completely.

09Website Not Loading / Connection ErrorMEDIUM▲
  1. Use a VPN. CloudFlare Warp is recommended.
  2. Use a proxy: proxyium.com — paste the Xeno URL inside it.
  3. Find alternative proxies in the Discord server.
  4. Try a different browser such as Brave.
10Work.Ink AdBlocker ErrorCOMMON▲
  1. Remove any browser extensions that may be detected as adblockers.
  2. Disable any active adblockers.
  3. If no adblocker is installed: switch browsers, use a proxy, or open in incognito.
11Xeno Won't Open / Closes InstantlyCRITICAL▲

Missing one or more required dependencies. Install all of the following:

Restart your computer after all steps. You do not need to disable your antivirus.

12Client Stuck on "Loading..." Then DisappearsMEDIUM▲

Xeno cannot reach the update endpoint.

  • Disable any DNS changers you have running.
  • Use a reliable VPN — the endpoint may be blocked by your ISP.
  • Ensure you can access: x3no.pages.dev and pastebin.com
13"Make Sure Xeno Is Open" After AttachingMEDIUM▲

Client cannot connect to the Xeno application after attaching.

  • Disable any slow or unreliable VPN.
  • Ensure the local server is accessible at http://localhost:3110
  • A slow or unstable internet connection causes this — switch to a stable connection.

Download & Attach
Step-by-step instructions for getting Xeno running. Share these with users who are setting up for the first time.
Download Xeno

Visit the official Xeno website: xeno.now or xeno.onl/download and click Download Now.

Click Download Now on one of the 3 ad links of your choice.

Complete the steps shown on the ad link page.

You will be directed to the human verification section. Click Verify & Download.

A zip file named Xeno-(Version).zip will download. Open it in File Explorer.

Right-click the zip file and select Extract.

Save the extracted Xeno folder somewhere safe. Setup is complete.
Attach Xeno

Open your Xeno folder.

Minimise it and open Roblox.

Double-click Xeno.exe inside your Xeno folder.

Click the clip / attach button inside the Xeno application.

Xeno is now attached. If it did not attach, try again while inside a game.
Is Xeno a Virus?

No. It is a false positive. Executors use DLL injection and memory editing to modify Roblox, which AV software flags as suspicious. Xeno is safe. You do not need to disable your antivirus.

Platform Support

Xeno currently only supports Windows. No other platforms are supported.

Rules & Guidelines
These rules apply to all helpers at all times without exception. You have no authority to change or protest against any rule or the system.

This portal is for helpers only. Leaking or sharing it with anyone outside the helper team may result in an immediate strike or removal.

Follow All Basic Rules and Regulations
We want a healthy and safe community. All standard community rules apply to helpers at all times, inside and outside of tickets.

One Helper Per Ticket — No Ticket Stealing
Only one helper handles a ticket at a time. Do not jump into a ticket already being handled. Every helper deserves their own ticket.

Be Respectful in Tickets
We want every user's support experience to be as good as possible. Be professional, patient, and respectful in every ticket regardless of the situation.

Do Not Beg for Promotions
Asking or begging for a promotion will result in a rank-lock. Promotions are earned through performance, not by requesting them.

Do Not Send the Xeno File
You are strictly not permitted to send the Xeno file to anyone. Doing so results in an automatic kick from the helper team with no appeal.

Do Not Impersonate the HoH
You are not above anyone on the team. Adding "(host)" or any similar tag beside your name to impersonate the Head of Helpers is an automatic strike.

Do Not Abuse Bypass Powers
If you are found abusing your bypass permissions, you will automatically receive a strike and face a possible suspension. Use your powers only as intended.

Do Not Lead Users to Your DMs
All support must take place in moderated spaces. Direct messages are not monitored. Keep all support inside tickets.

No Outside Links
Do not share external or unverified links with users. We cannot verify their content. Helper chats and resources must not be leaked externally.

No Remote Computer Access Software
You are strictly not permitted to access another member's computer using any remote control or screen-sharing software. Automatic strike and suspension if found doing so.

What to Expect
STEP 01
Submit Your Request
Fill in the form with your name, dates, and reason. Be honest — HOH reads every request.
STEP 02
HOH Reviews It
The Head of Helpers will review your request and notify you of the outcome in Discord.
STEP 03
Approved or Denied
If approved, your LOA is active from your start date. If denied, you will be told why. Do not go inactive until confirmed.
STEP 04
Return on Time
Return to active duties on or before your return date. If you need an extension, submit a new request before your LOA ends.
